Tata Curvv EV SUV Coupe Teased First Time
The Tata Curvv EV SUV Coupe is generating buzz ahead of its official launch. With its eye-catching design and robust features, the Curvv promises to be a game-changer in the EV segment. Initially showcased as a concept in 2022, the Curvv made its debut at the 2023 Auto Expo and was later displayed at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show. Tata Motors has now released a teaser, signaling that the launch is imminent.

Tata Curvv EV Striking Exterior Design

The Curvv EV Coupe is designed to stand out. Following the design cues of Tata’s new generation of vehicles like the Nexon, Harrier, and Safari, the Curvv EV incorporates several unique elements. It features flush-fitted door handles, a revised headlamp and fog lamp housing, and a sloping roofline that gives it a sporty stance.
The Curvv EV SUV boasts a strong road presence with its high ground clearance and squared wheel arches. It rides on 18-inch multi-spoke wheels with a flower petal design. Other notable exterior features include vertically stacked headlamps, new LED tail lamps, a shark fin antenna, and roof rails.

The interior features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch driver display unit, and touch controls for air conditioning. Additional comforts include ventilated front seats, a rotary dial for drive modes, and a new gear lever.
One of the standout features of the Curvv EV is its large panoramic glass roof, which enhances the sense of space and luxury within the cabin. Safety is also a priority, with features such as 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, and an Advanced ADAS system, including autonomous emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.

Tata Curvv EV Power and Performance

The Tata Curvv will be available in both electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) variants. The ICE version will feature the same petrol and diesel engine options as the Tata Nexon. The 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine will produce 118 hp and 170 Nm of torque, while the 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine will deliver 113 hp and 260 Nm of torque. Gearbox options may include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT, or 7-speed DCT.
Built on Tata’s dedicated Acti.ev platform, the Curvv EV will be offered in two versions: Standard Range and Long Range. These versions are expected to feature different battery packs, providing an estimated range of approximately 500 km. Detailed technical specifications have yet to be disclosed, but the Curvv EV aims to set a new benchmark in its segment.
